Holy cupcake I've blogged a lot about cupcakes this year. I've also made and eaten a lot too. In April I got a Wilton 1M decorating tip and had a go at making fancy looking cupcakes. From the first 1M Swirl, I was hooked. The 1M tip is magic.

  1. Lovely lovely. Funny too, just this weekend I had to make 200 pizzelles and I was thinking of turning some of my batter into a cupcake bake - with adjustments but keeping that same pizzelle flavor.

    1. Mmmm... pizzelle flavour cupcakes sound good. 200 pizzelles sound good too!

    2. I don't know if it will work but when I was making my batter, before I added the extra eggs and sugar (I was making a double batch and didn't realize it, so I started to make a single), anyway, I tasted it and thought, I gotta try putting this in muffin tins.

How was your night? I got another plait in the oven. Smells like bread in here. I love that smell.

    3. PS: There were vanilla pizzelles.

    4. I love the smell of bread too. Way to make more plaits! You are going to be a pro at it in no time. Love the one you posted on your blog. Looks so good.

Been having a good few days. Got all my trips to town down and just excited to relax for the holidays. And bake some things, probably! :)
