As I mentioned last week, one my favourite things about October is pumpkin spice. I love trying the new treats and bevys that restaurants come up with, as well as making some recipes at home. I recently indulged in some of the pumpkin spice offerings from Tim Hortons and really enjoyed them.

Pumpkin Pie Doughnut - includes pie crust crumble and pumpkin pie filling.

Pumpkin Spice Muffin - includes pumpkin seeds on top and icing in the middle.

  1. I tend to go for muffins this time of year with pumpkin, but from an independent bakery. I haven't been in a Tims in months.

  2. I prefer the plainer Pumpkin Spice donut at Tim's - all the spicy goodness crammed into a classic glazed donut :)

  3. I love pumpkin, and there sure are a lot of tempting pumpkin treats at Tim Hortons this time of year. I recently tried their pumpkin timbits, and they were pretty good.

  4. I love pumpkin, I love pumpkin, I love pumpkin, yes I do. You love pumpkin, you love pumpkin, yes you do.

That's the worst song, ever. But still true.

    2. So true.

Worked on a vegan chocolate pudding today. Made it a tad too dark. Now I'm thinking wait a minute ... I could make Pumpkin Spice Pudding.

OMG. I love being alive. So much fun.
